Chris Gagné is a student at Boston College Law School and former Research Associate with the Regional Security in South Asia Project at the Stimson Center (1999-2002). He graduated from Dickinson College in 1998 with a B.A. in Anthropology and Policy Studies, and a concentration in International Policy. He has studied in southern India and returned to the region after graduation as assistant to the director of the South India Term Abroad Program. He is the recipient of a Herbert Scoville, Jr. fellowship.
